BAKED FILLET WITH CHEESE
2 large chunks of sea bream fillet, weigh 310g
1/2 green pepper, diced
8 button mushrooms, cut into halves
2/3 can of cream and mushroom soup, weighs 200g
2 crab-flavoured sticks
2 slices of Cheddar cheese with pineapple flavour, weigh 20g
Marinade:
1 tsp ginger, grated
1/2 tsp wine
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp granulated sugar

Cut sea bream fillet into large chunks and marinate for 1/2 hour.

Tear crab-flavoured sticks into shreds, combine with fillet, green pepper, cream and mushroom soup and put them on a dish which is heat-resistant.

Arrange buttom mushrooms around fillet.

Crush cheese and cover fillet with it.

Put the whole dish into a preheated oven. Bake it at 250 ¢XC and cook for 20 minutes until golden brown.
