Creamy Eggnog Punch



Creamy Eggnog Punch

cups (2 qt.) prepared eggnog
2 tubs (8 oz. each) COOL WHIP French Vanilla Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. rum extract
1 cup ice cubes
Ground nutmeg (optional)

MIX eggnog, 1 tub of the whipped topping and cinnamon in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add rum extract and ice cubes; mix well.
SERVE immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with dollops of remaining whipped topping just before serving. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.

Place cinnamon sticks next to the punch bowl for guests to use as stirrers in their cups of punch.

Very good for a party. Everyone enjoyed it. Used real rum.

I made this last year for a Xmas party and it was such a huge hit, they want me to make it again this year! But I used real rum instead of rum extract.
