with Spiced Applesauce and Maple Drizzle

1 acorn squash (about 1 1/2 pounds), deseeded and cut into 6 wedges 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 2 teaspoons unsalted butter 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon Atkins Sugar Free Pancake Syrup, warmed Preheat oven to 375F. Line a sheetpan with aluminum foil. Brush squash with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on pan and bake until squash is fork tender, about 20 minutes. In a small pot heat the applesauce, about 3 minutes. Stir in butter and cinnamon and cook 30 seconds more. Serve squash with a dollop of applesauce and a drizzle of syrup.
