CHOPPED STEAMED CHICKEN
1 chicken, weighs 700g Marinade: 1 tsp salt 1/2 tbsp Shaoxing wine



 
  1. Wash the cavity of the chicken, rub the surface and cavity with 1/2 tbsp of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes

  2. Scald and remove chicken. Wash chicken in cold water and wipe dry.
