CHOPPED STEAMED CHICKEN
1 chicken, weighs 700g
Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- Wash the cavity of the chicken, rub the surface and cavity with 1/2 tbsp of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes
- Scald and remove chicken. Wash chicken in cold water and wipe dry.
- Rub the surface and cavity of the chicken again with 1 tsp of salt and Shaoxing wine.
- Steam chicken in boiling water for 20 to 30 minutes.
