CHICKEN WINGS IN PEPPERSALT
8 mid-joint chicken wings
a pinch of crushed ginger
a pinch of garlic dice
a pinch of chilli dice
Marinade:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp chicken powder
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp wine
1 tbsp cornflour
Seasonig:
peppersalt
a little sesame oil
a little wine
- Marinate chicken wings for 1 hour. Deep fry over midium heat until golden brown.
- Heat wok with a little oil. Put in crushed ginger, garlic dice and chilli dice, Stir well. Add chicken wings. Sprinkle a little peppersalt and sesame oil on top, sizzle wine. Stir fry quickly. Dish up
