INGREDIENTS
1 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine first eight ingredients. Put into greased loaf pan.
Combine last four ingredients and pour over meat mixture.
Bake for one hour or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Loosen meatloaf from sides of pan and allow to set for 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings
